Accommodation, environment and safety
We are located at 41 bis rue de la Tour d’Auvergne, in the historic town centre of La Flèche (Sarthe).
We do not have a lift but we have a room on the ground floor with easy access (wide corridors and doors)
We provide luxury bed and breakfast accommodation. We have 4 rooms for 2/4 persons and 1 room for 4/5 persons which will open in March 2023.
Yes: digicodes and intercoms are present to secure the entrance to our establishment.
Yes, the car park is closed and reserved only for the guests of the B&B
Check-in : from 3.30pm (15:30) until 8pm (20:00)
Check-out: until 11 am (11:00)
In order to avoid any risk of fire and to avoid inconveniencing other guests, we remind you that smoking is not allowed in the rooms, lounges, breakfast room, park and pool area.
For health (allergies) and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed at The Templerie.
Services and facilities
The rates for each room are as follows:
- Emilie du Châtelet room: from €145
- Jean-Jacques Rousseau room: from 155€
- Canaletto room: from 165€
- Mozart room: from 165€
- Elizabeth Vigée Le Brun room: from €185
Rate for 1 or 2 people, including buffet breakfast, parking, swimming pool, and outdoor games.
ℹ️ For more than 2 people, there is an additional charge of €35 per person per night, including breakfast.
Use of the the Spa and Sauna is subject to an additional fee of €15 per person.
From 01/05/25 to 15/09/25 the minimum stay is 2 nights.
Tourist tax of €0.66 per person per night applies.
Yes, it is possible to install an extra bed in the Mozart, Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Canaletto and Elisabeth Vigée Le Brun rooms.
There is an additional charge of €35 per person per night, including breakfast.
Reservations are made via our booking engine operated by Alliance Réseaux and payments are handled by the service provider OneShotPay.
You can also pay in cash and by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Yes, our service providers Alliance Networks and OneShotPay ensure the security of your data (PCI DSS).
You can cancel or change your booking – free of charge – up to 2 days before your arrival. Less than 2 days: 100% of the stay is due.
Bookings and services
Breakfast is served in the breakfast room as a buffet from 8.00 to 10.30. Breakfast is not served in the rooms.
The Templerie does not offer restaurant services but can recommend the best restaurants in the area. We remind you that it is strictly forbidden to eat in the rooms.
The insulation has been completely redone and provides suitable temperatures for the guests. For this reason, only the Canaletto room (which is under the large roof structure) has air conditioning.
Free and unlimited WI-FI (fibre optic), towel dryer, HD flat screen TV.
Organic shower gels and shampoos (Mességué laboratories) are also available in the bathrooms.
The remote control will be given to you with your room keys. It must be returned when you check out.
We have two cots with mattresses, 2 high chairs and a small bath (on request).
Guests are reminded that the door to the pool area must be kept closed at all times as it provides a barrier to prevent any unauthorised entry by unsupervised children. It is important to remember that children should never come to the pool area alone. Swimming is not supervised.
Any additional requests outside the conditions mentioned on the site (glass of milk in the evening, beer, champagne) will be subject to an extra charge, as indicated on the notice board at reception.
Other
Each room is decorated with unique objects, trinkets, engravings and candlesticks which are not for sale. A catalogue listing each item and its value is available at the reception desk. If one of these items should unfortunately disappear, we will be obliged to invoice it at the value indicated in the catalogue.
We are obliged by French law to have all our foreign guests complete an individual police form. This form is available at the reception desk to be completed on arrival.
Terminé les bouteilles en plastique dans les chambres et au petit déjeuner ! Désormais elles seront remplacées par des bouteilles en verre avec une eau filtrée, débarrassée des polluants (PFAS, pesticides…) grâce à l’osmose inverse basse pression (technologie développée par Natarys/ H2origine) !

La Templerie est heureuse d’accueillir « la soirée réseau » du « club des entreprises du pays fléchois » mardi 3 décembre à partir de 18h30.
Ce sera le « bien-être » qui sera à l’honneur et 4 ateliers viendront illustrer cette thématique : gestion des émotions, Esthétique, Fasciatherapie, Morpho-colorimétrie/coiffure.
Inscription sur « Helloasso » ou sur le site du club des entreprises du pays fléchois.
Samedi soir les mots de Molière ont été admirablement portés par Patrick Rouzaud et Ronald Vaulogé... La pièce mise en scène par Thibault Guillocher a séduit le public et la magie du parc de La Templerie a opéré...Merci à tous !
Nous sommes fiers et heureux d’avoir pu sauver, grâce à l’intervention de Willy Chénau, apiculteur amateur, un essaim d’abeilles qui avait temporairement élu domicile dans le grand cèdre du parc. Grâce à son expertise, les abeilles sont maintenant en sécurité dans une ruchette et réintégreront une ruche dès qu’elles auront repris des forces #latemplerie #lafleche #sarthetourisme #bee
